Use case
Deliver Across Multiple Networks
Package one accepted creative for named destinations and preserve the evidence for every export.
The buyer trigger
The creative is accepted, but the media plan needs it in more than one network or placement. This is an export and verification problem. It should not create silent creative differences between packages.
Name destinations before packaging
‘All networks’ is not a testable delivery requirement. Name the product and upload path, because a network can have more than one HTML5 or playable route with different constraints. Record the official source and date checked for every exact requirement.
Export manifest
Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
Master or variant ID | Connects the package to the accepted creative |
Network and product | Avoids treating a brand name as one universal specification |
Entry point and package format | Lets QA inspect the artifact actually uploaded |
File size and checksum | Detects accidental package changes |
Orientation and language | Prevents ambiguous coverage |
Source URL and checked date | Makes changing requirements maintainable |
QA receipt ID | Links the delivered bytes to the checks performed |
When creative changes are unavoidable
If one destination needs a different CTA integration, package structure, file-weight reduction, or orientation behavior, record the delta. If the player experience materially changes, promote that build to a variant instead of presenting it as identical packaging.
Unknowns stay explicit
Some requirements are visible only inside a current advertiser account or upload tool. More Playables checks those environments when access is provided. Without access, the receipt names the limitation and does not claim the network has approved the package.
Boundary
Network QA reduces avoidable delivery defects. External review, account eligibility, policy enforcement, SDK behavior, and later platform changes remain outside the creative package itself.
Review the dated network specification matrix and the QA checklist before naming the export set.
