Use case

Your First Playable

Move from a game and one test question to a bounded master without building a production system first.

Who this fits

This route fits a mobile-game team with a playable hypothesis, usable assets, and an owner who can review creative decisions, but no established playable pipeline. It is less suitable when the game, audience, CTA, or source rights are still unresolved.

Start with one interpretable question

A useful first question is specific enough to shape the interaction: ‘Can players understand the sorting fantasy through one drag?’ is actionable. ‘Will a playable lower CPI?’ combines creative, audience, auction, attribution, and campaign variables that production alone cannot answer.

Inputs and outputs

You provide

More Playables produces

Game build or capture and store URL

A brief tied to observable game material

Production-ready assets and usage rights

One accepted master using the agreed asset plan

Target networks, language, orientation, CTA

Named exports and build-specific QA receipts

Review owner and test question

Controlled variants with each change recorded

A sensible first scope

Keep the first master to one short action and one outcome. Add only variants that answer a clear test question, then name the networks, languages, source handoff, and QA checks needed for delivery. The number of variants, review rounds, timing, and total fee are agreed in a written quote after we review your game, assets, and intended creative volume.

Decision points

  • Approve the brief and variant boundaries.
  • Approve the interaction before expensive polish.
  • Review the master against the accepted scope.
  • Review each variant's declared change.
  • Accept the package and its recorded limitations.

Boundary

The result is a production asset and a clearer creative test. It does not guarantee network approval or a campaign outcome. Media setup, audience selection, budget allocation, and performance analysis remain with the buyer unless separately agreed.
