QA receipt
A delivery record naming the creative, export, environment, checks performed, results, evidence, and known limitations.
What it contains
Identify the exact package with version, timestamp, size, and preferably checksum. Record each result as pass, fail, not tested, not applicable, or conditional and attach reproducible evidence where useful.
What it does not mean
A receipt is not network certification, buyer approval, or campaign performance. It reports internal checks under named conditions.
